Hawthorn – the gentle sweetness, a touch of bitterness and its nourishing power give the heart balance, calm and stability. Valerian –  Its slightly sweet, bitter quality gives inner peace and allows you to consciously relax. Passion flower – The enchanting violet flowering passion flower herb calms body and mind in a gentle and soothing way. Hops - The tart-bitter taste and the cooling properties of the light green hop blossoms soothe and calm the spirit so that you can relax and switch off particularly well. Lavender  - The aromatic summer plant relaxes and harmonises the vegetative nervous system and promotes the natural rhythm.
