SHT-CHIPINEAL DETOX

You can support the body in detoxification additionally with:

• exercise outdoors every day
• enough sleep
• drink enough water, preferably at least ½ liter of hexagonal (structured) water every day (e.g. water that has been in the sun for 20 minutes), or hydrogen-rich water
• do not drink alcohol and coffee
• eat as little sugar as possible
• live vegetarian for a while
• avoid milk and dairy products (to reduce inflammation)

Duration:

It is recommended to start with wearing SHT-CHI Pineal Detox for a maximum of 30 minutes twice a day. If you are able to handle this well, the use can be increased individually - depending on how you feel.

Wear this SHT-CHI for 2 weeks before switching to the SHT-CHI Pineal DNA Strengthening.

Placement:

• in the center of the forehead (i.e. with a headband)
• on the sternum or
• a cross finger below the navel

The further away it is placed from the pineal gland, the gentler the effect. Highly sensitive people are recommended to begin wearing the CHI below the navel.
