SHT-CHIPINEAL THIRD EYE

This SHT-CHI activates the full functionality of the pineal gland, including the perception of what many people refer to as "spiritual elevation and sensitivity". It is recommended to wear the SHT-CHI Pineal Detox and Pineal DNA Strengthening for 2 weeks each prior to using SHT-CHI Pineal Third Eye.

Duration:

It is recommended to start with wearing SHT-CHI Pineal Third Eye for a maximum of 30 minutes twice a day. Depending on how you feel, even longer.

You can support the body in detoxification additionally with:

• exercise outdoors every day
• enough sleep
• drink enough water, preferably at least ½ liter of hexagonal (structured) water every day (e.g. water that has been in the sun for 20 minutes), or hydrogen-rich water
• do not drink alcohol and coffee
• eat as little sugar as possible
• live vegetarian for a while
• avoid milk and dairy products (to reduce inflammation)
