SHT-CHIRHEUMATISM

Having long-lasting issues with the joints can torment us a lot and make even small movements very uncomfortable. We experience long-lasting strain in the affected areas and sometimes performing daily activities becomes impossible.

Placement:

Place the SHT-CHI Rheumatism lengthways (vertically)

• directly on the affected area
• for symptoms in the legs at the acupressure point "kidney 1" (in the middle behind the ball of the foot), depending on the affected area on the right or left
• for symptoms in the arms on the 7th cervical vertebra (first raised cervical vertebra),
• if the whole body is affected, at the solar plexus (below the sternum).
